If your pet is having an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency clinic right away instead of ordering online.

No separate prescription is required to place an order. A licensed veterinarian reviews your request and, if the medication is right for your pet, writes the prescription for you at no extra cost. If you already have a prescription from your own vet, you can attach it and our pharmacist will verify it.

The prescription is included in your order at no separate cost. You pay only for the medication and shipping. If the veterinarian decides the medication isn't appropriate, your order isn't filled and you're not charged.

Choose your medication and pack size, then submit your request. No payment is taken up front. A licensed veterinarian reviews it, writes the prescription if appropriate, and we email you a secure payment link. After you pay, your order ships.

Orders ship in plain packaging. Delivery is 10-14+ business days. You'll receive status updates by email along the way. Your tracking number can be slow to appear and update at first, which is normal.

We ship across the United States. For other countries, contact us and we'll confirm whether we can ship to you.

We collect the minimum information needed to fill your order, never sell or rent it, and store it securely. As a licensed pharmacy we are legally required to keep certain prescription and dispensing records. See our Legal & Policies page for details.
